Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions as they are considered legally binding and, upon booking, you have agreed to and are bound to these outlined below:

Client Responsibilities

• It is the client's responsibility to inform the artist of any known skin allergies or sensitivities that they and/or their party may have when booking.

• The artist will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur due to either their skin conditions or allergies that unknown of or not communicated.

• Service may be refused should you fail to disclose current conditions of you and/or your party such as, but not limited to: conjunctivitis, the common cold, cold sores (herpes), eyelash mites, headlice, skin infections or any other contagious/infectious conditions. No refunds will be offered in these instances.

Payment and Booking Fee

• Every booking must be made with a 50% deposit;  your booking will not be confirmed until payment received.

• If payment is not received within 24 hours of your booking request, the booking may not be held for you, resulting in possible loss of appointment.

• Deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferrable.

• Remainder of balance owing must be paid on the day of the booking unless otherwise discussed between you and the artist.

Travel

• Travel costs are calculated at 50c per kilometre and will be added to your final invoice if necessary.

• If there is minimal parking available at the booking destination, it is the client's responsibility to ensure adequate parking arrangements are made for the artist.

Cancellations

• If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason please advise the artist as soon as possible to have your booking cancelled. Your 50% deposit is NON-refundable.

• If you cancel your service within 48 hours of your booking, the full fee will need to be paid.

• In the event of aggressive, abusive, rude, discriminatory and/or obnoxious behaviour by the client and/or client party members, your booking will be cancelled and the 50% deposit will be retained or the full fee must be paid if such behaviour occurs during your booking.

• This behaviour will not be tolerated towards anyone under the BrookelynHMUA or BrookelynBeautyHMUA name.

• If the artist is ill, or other circumstances prevent the artist from completing your service, a replacement will be found to attend your booking. If a replacement is unable to be found, a full refund will be issued.
